As Visitor Services Manager I oversee the overall training program for the enabling staff & implement new initiatives to make sure the members of staff are as playful as possible. I also work closely with Play & Learning when devising enabler led public events.
I come from a theatre background & so apply this knowledge when preparing the team for the more performance-based events.
I run a local theatre group in Halifax and we perform original shows.
