This month’s theme is: All About Me 🙋
The objective of this Early Years theme is to help children learn about themselves and the human body. Through age appropriate activities and play, children will explore basic body parts, understand why it is important to look after their bodies, and begin to develop healthy self-care habits.
The theme also encourages children to recognise and celebrate differences, helping them understand that everyone is unique and special.
During these sessions, children can:
- Use a mirror to colour in their own eye sheet 👁️
- Solve the All About My Body jigsaw puzzle 🧩
- Use a toothbrush to clean the teeth at the dentist 🦷
- Become a doctor at the Eureka! teddy bear hospital 🧸
- Match the correct cards together in the body parts game 🃏
- Use the face templates to create a picture of themselves 🎨
- Complete the All About Me fact sheet 📋
Whatever age or stage your early learners are at, there will be lots of engaging activities for them to be curious, to be playful and to have fun!
