Site and Steps Closure

Eureka! will temporarily close from Monday 11 September through to Friday 22nd September, while we replace museum flooring and complete other maintenance and repair. Both Eureka! sites are closing for maintenance, however the dates differ as follows:

• Eureka! The National Children’s Museum in Halifax, West Yorkshire
  Closed from Monday 11 to Friday 22 September
  Please note that we have not currently released tickets for 23/24 September as a contingency
• Eureka! Science + Discovery on the Wirral, Liverpool City Region
  Closed from Monday 18 to Friday 22 September

The station steps will also be closed for essential repair from 11 September for a period of 10 weeks. An alternative foot route for access to Eureka! car parks is available. See the image below.
