Terms and Conditions
- This is a ticketed event and pre-booking online is essential.
- *Prices above do not include museum admission. Standard museum entry costs apply. The Christmas Experience will take place in a separate building, so you do not need a museum ticket in order to purchase a Christmas Experience ticket.
- Christmas Experience tickets are non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred to another date (subject to availability).
- Maximum 2 adults per paying child
- All children aged 0-12yrs who wish to visit Santa, receive a gift and take part in the festive activities MUST have a Christmas Experience ticket.
- Christmas Experience tickets must include at least one full paying child. Bookings of adult and Under 1s tickets only will not be accepted.
- **Under 1s tickets do not include a gift from Santa or complimentary festive drink and treat.
Good to Know ✨
Check-In
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your time slot
• To keep your experience running smoothly, please arrive on time.
• Unfortunately, late arrivals may not be able to take part and tickets are non-refundable.
• Toilets are available at the start and end of your experience in the main Eureka! building.
The Experience
• Each time slot can accommodate up to 12 families at a time. It is a group experience however; each family will have a one-to-one family moment with Santa himself.
• The Christmas Experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
• Although the event is indoors, you may wish to spend some time outside in the park area, so please dress appropriately.
Accessibility
• The Christmas Experience is fully wheelchair accessible.
• Disabled parking bays are available on a first come first served basis. Blue Badge holders do not need to pay & display.
• All access toilet facilities and a Changing Places toilet is available within the main Eureka! building.
Food and Drink
• The Christmas Experience includes a complimentary hot drink and festive treat only.
